We are a local family-run company from Essex and pride ourselves on offering old-fashioned customer care.
All our engineers have the relevant City & Guilds Electrical Qualifications along with on the job experience, we also require each engineer to be DBS checked every year.
We hold a minimum of £5m public liability insurance so you can have peace of mind that if in an unfortunate event than an accident occurs we are suitably insured to put things right.
We do offer ‘Free Estimates’ but these are based on us giving an estimate based on the information given from the customer and no visits to your property.
As you can appreciate visiting a customers property and carrying out an inspection, electrical survey and the associated measurements that are required for the heating design has cost implications. And as a business, we cannot offer this service for “Free”.
We, therefore, charge a nominal sum of £150 site visits for quotations but this is fully refundable on acceptance and completion of works outlined in the quotation.
We routinely check our engineer’s jobs, to ensure they are meeting Warm & Cosy standards.

We do ask for a 50% deposit when booking and this then reserves your slot in our work calendar.
All payments can be made online or in-person via credit or debit card and we also accept bank transfer if this is your preferred method of payment.
We pride ourselves on being punctual and once we have a firm booking we do not reschedule.
We do believe in keeping the customer updated and we will always make contact before we attend just to let you know we are on our way.
There is nothing worse than waiting for someone to turn up and not knowing when.
Yes, we understand that sometimes things happen that can’t be avoided.
If you can let us know as soon as possible, we are more than happy to reschedule.
Unfortunately, anything that is cancelled within 48 hours of your booked appointment time may incur a rescheduling fee of £150.
All we ask is that you make sure the heaters are turned off at the wall for at least 24hours before we attend.
The storage retention bricks can stay red hot for days within the heater and if the heaters haven’t been turned off the bricks may still be too hot to handle and we will have to abort the installation.
A rescheduling fee of £150 will be charged for instances where we need to rebook for failure to turn off the heaters 48 hours before our attendance.
We hold a lower-tier environmental license and can legally remove any waste we generate as a business.
The old heaters can be removed and disposed of but this would incur additional costs for disposal as this is not classed as our waste.
Please enquire about the full costs involved in disposing of your old heaters.
The final remaining balance will be due on completion of the works at your property.
We are unable to offer any credit facilities at this present time and our engineer will accept payment before leaving your address.
All jobs are covered by a 12-month guarantee on parts and labour.
Just contact us and will arrange a revisit if needed. Any problems feel free to contact us.
